The Cabin Crew Mentor reports to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew for performance and people issues of the Flight Attendant team. Accountable for the team’s performance, especially new joiners, provide coaching to ensure full compliance with service and safety standards. Conduct monthly Team Flying and regularly meet members for coaching and follow-up.

Engage, motivate, and build team spirit; meet each FA at least once a year. We have a diverse and vibrant team that embodies the adventurous spirit of our customers and loves to travel too. Disseminate company information and perform ground and flying duties.

Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager and Cabin Crew Management Team on overall performance, promotion suggestions, and development opportunities. Join us in this journey to make your career even more fulfilling and rewarding. Perform ad-hoc projects and one day of Office Duty per month.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ working experience in aviation industry with supervisory role preferably with 2 years of flying experience in HK Express
  • Ability to inspire, build trust and respect among the crew community
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew for any performance or people issues of the Flight Attendant (FA) team
  • Manage and lead FA team's performance, especially new joiners, and provide coaching to ensure compliance with service and safety standards
  • Conduct monthly Team Flying with the respective FA team and regularly meet members to provide coaching and follow up on issues
  • Engage, motivate, and build team spirit of the team; meet each FA at least once a year
  • Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Management Team on performance, promotion suggestions, and development opportunities
  • Disseminate the company’s information
  • Perform ground duty (1 day of Office Duty per month)
  • Perform flying duty
