About this role
Provide NetJets flight crews with safe and timely flight-plans/briefings, flight-release and in-flight monitoring for all flight operations. Ensure, in conjunction with flight crew, that all flights are safely and timely conducted to their final destination in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare flight plans, produce flight releases, file ATC flight plans and log flight times in compliance with regulations and company procedures. Monitor the daily flight activity, including initiation, continuation, diversion or termination of a flight. Establish communication with the aeroplanes and conduct other duties associated with operational control and safety.
Work closely with pilots and crew members to ensure that all flight operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Liaise with OCC, Operations, Maintenance and Customer Service teams regarding any operational requirement or issue that may affect the Owner’s flight activity.
Ensure activation of Event Notification and Emergency Response Plan as per ERP Policy. Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity, supporting the safety and compliance programmes. Strives for Positive Results, Curiosity, Collaboration, Adaptability, Service-Oriented.
Requirements
- Flight Operations Officer License (Dispatcher License)
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Dispatch role
- Preferential experience in a similar position in aviation industry
- Preferential Minimum 1 year of experience within NJ
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
