As a Flight Dispatcher at Volotea, you’ll play a key role in the 24/7 Operations Control Center. You’ll make real-time decisions that keep flights safe, on-time, and efficient.

You’ll coordinate every flight, analyzing real-time weather, aircraft status, and NOTAMs to craft optimized flight plans. Your planning will reduce delays and fuel costs while ensuring compliance and on-time performance. You’ll monitor airborne flights, adapting to disruptions on the fly.

Requirements

  • Flight Dispatcher License
  • Pilot License
  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Airline Management
  • Familiar with EASA regulations
  • Ability to analyze weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft status
  • Proficiency in real-time flight planning and optimization
  • Experience monitoring flights and handling disruptions

  • Coordinate every flight from the 24/7 Operations Control Center ensuring smooth, safe journeys
  • Analyze real-time weather, aircraft status, and NOTAMs to craft and optimize flight plans
  • Reduce delays and fuel costs through efficient planning while maximizing profitability
  • Monitor every airborne flight and adapt plans to disruptions for seamless operations
  • Coordinate with pilots on routing, fuel, and performance for successful missions
  • Manage complex situations like diversions and MELs with fast, confident decisions
  • Liaise with airports and ATC across the network to solve challenges proactively
