The Crew Controller role provides oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short-term operations.
In day-to-day operations, you will continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters up to 72 hours ahead. Ensure adequate crew numbers on the day of operation during shortages, monitor on-time check-ins, and check duty and flight time limitations. You will handle notifications, prepare reports, fill daily operations checklists, and cooperate with other departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations up to 72 hours
- Provide adequate number of crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
- Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties
- Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
- Check notifications and notify crew members
- Prepare reports and report issues
- Fill the daily operations checklist
- Cooperate with other departments and perform other duties assigned by Senior Crew Controller, Crew Control Team Manager, or Head of Operations Control
