Fly Alliance is a Part 135 and Part 145 industry-leading private aviation group specializing in private jet charter, jet card memberships, aircraft sales, management, parts, and maintenance. The International Dispatcher coordinates safe, efficient, and timely worldwide private jet operations. This role serves as a central communication hub for clients, crews, maintenance, and authorities.
Daily tasks include creating and filing flight plans considering weather, airspace, fuel, and performance. Dispatchers ensure compliance with international regulations, customs, and immigration while coordinating ATC and ground handling for permits. Route optimization focuses on cost-efficiency and safety.
Monitor flights in real-time, communicate updates to crews, and collaborate on fueling, catering, and maintenance. Serve as primary client contact for itineraries, changes, and requests. Maintain records and stay informed on geopolitical impacts.
Work in an office environment in Ocoee, Florida, with remote options and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Supervise Flight Operations Coordinator in a high-stress setting requiring rapid decisions. Support global operations across six offices and nearly 30 aircraft.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of international aviation regulations including ICAO, FAA, and EASA
- Expertise in flight planning, weather analysis, and aircraft performance
- Knowledge of customs, immigration, and geopolitical travel advisories
- Ability to coordinate with ATC, ground handling, and regulatory authorities
- Proficiency in real-time operational monitoring and rapid decision-making
- Strong customer service skills for client communications and special requests
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
Responsibilities
- Create and file comprehensive flight plans considering weather, airspace restrictions, fuel requirements, and aircraft performance
- Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations, customs, and immigration requirements
- Coordinate with Air Traffic Control and ground handling teams to secure permits and clearances
- Monitor all aspects of flight operations in real-time and address disruptions
- Maintain direct communication with flight crews on weather, routing changes, and advisories
- Collaborate with ground handling agents for fueling, catering, and passenger services
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, delivering itinerary updates and handling requests
- Maintain detailed records of flight operations, permits, and client preferences
