The Crew Controller provides oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short-term operations. This role involves continuous tracking and modification of rosters up to 72 hours ahead. Responsibilities ensure adequate crew availability and compliance with duty limits on the day of operation.

Responsibilities
- Continuously track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations plus 72 hours
- Provide adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
- Monitor crews’ on-time check-in for flights and other duties
- Continuously check duty and flight time limitations
- Check notifications and notify crew members
- Run reports and report issues
- Fill the daily operations checklist
- Cooperate with other departments
