Flight Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing the very best service on aircraft. They prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages, and process payments. They also assist with luggage, answer questions, and help unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and individuals with special needs.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented professional with passion for customer service and helping others
  • Ability to project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • Knowledge of established standards, policies, laws, and Federal Aviation Administration regulations
  • Ability to respond effectively during emergency situations
  • Capability to provide emergency medical assistance including CPR and basic first aid
  • Strong verbal communication skills for announcements, safety demonstrations, and instructions
  • Preference for candidates living in the region of the bases Endeavor is hiring for

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing every customer with the very best service on our aircraft
  • Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
  • Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance such as performing CPR and basic first aid
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and receive and process payments for purchased items
  • Provide customer service assistance such as lifting, transporting, and stowing luggage into overhead bins or storage areas
  • Answer customers’ questions and provide assistance, particularly to unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and individuals with special needs
  • Effectively communicate verbally while making public address announcements, performing safety demonstrations, and providing instructions and timely informational updates
