Provide exceptional Guest experiences by warmly welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and information requests. Remain present for assistance, monitor the cabin, and stay flexible amid operational or weather delays. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, beverages including alcohol, while upholding hygiene standards.
Maintain a safe environment, deliver safety instructions, and administer first-aid during emergencies. Stay calm under pressure, mitigate high-stress situations, and collaborate respectfully with Team Members. Uphold cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight quarters.

Requirements
- Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

- Demonstrate good judgement and use personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and working in tight quarters
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, aiding seating assignments, luggage stowage, and additional requests
- Remain positive, kind, empathetic, and act with humanity to make Guests feel valued
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Stay approachable by monitoring the cabin regularly
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures and administer first-aid if required
