Marabu Airlines is redefining leisure travel in Germany with a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircraft. As Senior Cabin Crew Member, play a key leadership role in exceptional service and smooth onboard operations. Experienced SCCM on A320 required; provide proof from current employer’s HR. Conversion course starts Spring 2026.

Lead and support cabin crew for smooth in-flight operations daily. Mentor team members to enhance skills and professional growth. Ensure passenger comfort, conduct safety checks, manage emergencies, boost onboard sales, and link flight and cabin crew.

Join permanent full-time position at bases in Leipzig, Hamburg, or Nuremberg—not a commuting contract. Reach home base airport within 60 minutes anytime. Work in a diverse, supportive, team-oriented culture committed to safety and service.

Requirements

  • Currently flying as Senior Cabin Crew member (minimum 12 months) on Airbus aircraft
  • Official SCCM rank documentation from current employer’s HR department mandatory
  • Block Hours confirmation letter required
  • Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
  • Valid aeronautical medical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency welcomed
  • Right to live and work in Germany and the EU
  • Minimum height 158 cm; reach airport of home base within 60 minutes anytime

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cabin crew to ensure smooth in-flight operations
  • Guide and mentor Cabin Crew to enhance skills and ensure professional growth
  • Set high standards for customer service and passenger comfort
  • Conduct pre-flight checks, manage emergency procedures, and uphold aviation regulations
  • Boost in-flight sales and contribute to promotional activities
  • Serve as key link between flight crew and cabin crew, managing reports and incident documentation
